Heritage Forest Tours April 6th 10:30am
Join us for an informative tour of this 50 acre forested gem in Qualicum Beach. This forest was saved from development through funds raised by the community and by the efforts of what would become the Brown Property Preservation Society. Easy walking trails meander alongside remnant old-growth forest trees and Beach Creek. We’ll talk about the forest ecology, wildlife and cultural history of the forest.
Situated across from the Memorial Golf Course and next to the Crown Mansion. Trails are accessed from: Crescent Rd. East, Hemsworth Rd., Chester Rd., St Andrews Rd. and Sunningdale Rd.
